第二周我们正式开始兰登Level 2的学习。本周学习的两本精读图书是Math主题。泛读图书为搭配Math主题的4本经典绘本,分3个难度等级。

精读目的:

发音、语调、句式,熟练掌握、学以致用。

泛读目的:

培养语感、兴趣以及英文阅读习惯。

精读图书特色

One Hundred Shoes (175words)

此书通过想象如果百足虫穿鞋子,买鞋子一系列有趣场景,引出数字概念,套装倍数关系等。

语言押韵,朗朗上口。另外学数字的同时,也学到不少我们熟悉的各式各样的鞋子的英文表达。

Five Silly Fishermen (337words)

相对前面的图书,这本文字略长,但因为有重复,还是比较容易接受。

虽然是math主题图书,这里的数字概念,对于小朋友应该没什么难度,更多可以学习的是故事叙述方式:one fine day… five fishermen… one…one…通篇的叙述用过去时,对话用现在时,朗读的时候需注意。

跟读One Hundred Shoes – Part 1

背诵红色部分:

Centipede, Centipede, how do you choose?

Where do you shop for one hundred shoes?

One hundred shoes for one hundred feet.

Shoes for the garden.

Shoes for the street.

Where do you buy them, so tiny and fine?

Do you go shopping on Web sites on line?

Do you buy shoes in stores at the mall?

Do they have sizes smaller than small?

Shoes come in pairs. Pairs are so nifty.

Two shoes in each pair, so you will need fifty.

Or do you buy sets? Five sets of twenty?

Ten sets of ten? I hope they have plenty!

Day 2

跟读One Hundred Shoes – Part 2

背诵红色部分

Do you wear slippers?

Do you wear clogs?

Do you wear sneakers to climb over logs?

Do you like sandals?

Do you like boots?

Do you like loafers to wear with your suits?

How do you tie your shoelaces tight?

How do you tell your left from your right?

Centipede, Centipede,

Where do you keep one hundred shoes when you go to sleep?

Centipede, Centipede,

I think I know why you walk barefoot wherever you go!

Day 3

以下作业任选其一:

1. 你想象中的百足虫与鞋子还会有哪些好玩的事情,请语音讲述。

2. 你买过什么东西是套装的吗?一套有几个?请语音介绍。

3. 在家里找至少两种鞋子拍照(喜欢画画的小朋友也可以画出来哦!),然后语音介绍照片中的鞋子。

跟读Five Silly Fishermen - Part 1

背诵红色部分

One fine day five fishermen went fishing.

One, two, three, four, five!

Down to the river they ran.

One sat on a rock.

One stood on the dock.

One climbed up a tree.

One lay in the grass.

And one fisherman got into a boat.

“Hello, down there!” he called to the fish.

“We are ready to catch you!”

At the end of the day each fishermen had a nice fat fish on his line.

“What a fine supper we will have!” said one fishermen.

“Now let’s go home.”

“First we must count to see if we are all here,” said another.

“What if one of us fell into the river?”

So he began to count.

“One, two, three, four.”

I see four fishermen.

Oh, no! One of us is missing!

“It cannot be!” said another fishermen.

“Maybe you counted wrong.”

So he began to count.

“One, two, three, four.”

I see four fishermen too!

It is true.

“One of us has drowned!”

All of the fishermen hugged each other.

They cried and cried.

“Our poor friend! What will we do without him?”

Day 5

跟读Five Silly Fishermen - Part 2

背诵红色部分:

Just then a little girl came by.

She was going fishing too.

“Why are you so sad?” she asked them.

“There used to be five of us. But one drowned,” said a fisherman.

“Now there are only four,” he counted again.

Well, right away the little girl saw his mistake.

The fisherman forgot to count himself.

“Will you give me your fish if I find your friend?” she asked.

“Yes! Yes!” they said.

“Now jump into the river one at a time,” the little girl told them.

“And I will count you.”

The fishermen did as they were told.

Splash!

Into the river they went.

One! Two! Three! Four! Five!

“Five!” the fishermen shouted.

“Our lost friend is found! He did not drown after all!”

The fishermen gave the girl all their nice fat fish.

Then home they went.

They were very wet.

They had no fish for supper.

But they were altogether again!

Day 6&7

以下作业任选其一:

1.模仿以下书中出现的句式:

Down to the river they ran.

Into the river they went.

Then home they went.

2.故事模仿:根据以下图片,讲述Five little monkeys故事,内容自由发挥。

括号中为难度等级,爸爸妈妈可以根据自家小朋友的情况选择,也可以参考难度等级决定家长介入的程度。

今年暑假应会员和阅读微信群建议,我们开启了3-6岁英语启蒙伴读(),已经如火如荼地进行了两周,同时大家对于小学生英语伴读的呼声也越来越高,小布头童书馆认真比较了英文绘本及各类分级读物,同时考虑到小学生英文水平的差异,最终决定了“精读+泛读”的模式:

精读: 1. 朗读(发音) 2. 背诵(句式)3. 说自己的句子/故事

泛读:独立或亲子阅读与精读内容相配合的经典英文绘本

「时间」7月27日—9月4日,共6周

「年龄」主要针对6-9岁低年级小学生

「内容」包含精读和泛读内容,共36本图书。每周2本精读图书,选用文图俱佳的兰登分级读物, Level 1~2本作为开始的适应教材,Level 2~10本,涵盖数学、童话、科普、朋友、宠物五大主题类型。同时每周扩展4本泛读图书,泛读图书配合相应的精读图书主题,皆为大奖、大师或其他分级读物的经典英文绘本。旨在让小朋友通过精读练习语音、语调、并学以致用;通过泛读培养语感、兴趣以及英语阅读习惯。

「小布头童书馆的角色」

1.提供资源(小布头伴读群提供资源下载)。

2.掌握学习节奏,规律发布学习资源及作业,以便于小朋友每天坚持学习。

3.提供微信群平台,便于互相交流,共同进步。

「参与方式」

1.加入小布头暑期英语伴读微信群。

2.小布头童书馆发布资源及进度安排。

3.参与者利用资源进行学习并按时提交作业。

4.有疑问互相交流,小布头童书馆也会寻求专业人士解答。

「群态度」

小布头童书馆在伴读计划中不安排点评老师,每个愿意开口的孩子都值得鼓励,学得快与慢,有很多因素影响,不要互相比较,保护兴趣永远放在第一位。期待小朋友在群环境下共同坚持,快乐地创造自己的英文故事。
